Returns & Exchanges

• I gladly accept returns. customer must contact us with 7 days of delivery and ship item back at there expense within 14 days of delivery. Engraved items will not be accepted.
• We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once production has started on a custom item, unless clearly stated otherwise. please contact if there are any issues with purchased product such as damage.
• The following items can not be returned or exchanged, Custom or Personalized goods and orders as well as items on sell.

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the "Buyer" is responsible for any and all lose in value.
